Knowing God. Loving the Church. Serving the World

Meet the Staff

Michael Wilkinson, Pastor

Michael was born and raised in Pascagoula, MS. He graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1998 and became a follower of Jesus Christ in 2000. After graduating from William Carey College in 2004, Michael attended seminary briefly in Louisville, KY, before marrying the beautiful and talented Jessica Pinion of Florence, MS and moving to Raleigh, NC.

After two years of working in the hotel management business, God called Michael and Jessica to come and serve at Arlington Heights Baptist Church. Michael was ordained and served under Rev. Ben Carlisle from 2005 until 2011, when Rev. Carlisle retired after 26 years of faithful service at Arlington.

In February of 2012, the church decided to call Michael to serve as pastor. He is currently working toward a Masters in Missiology degree at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

David Easley, Student Minister
David is originally from Starkville, MS but is now proud to call Pascagoula his home. He was raised in a Christian family and put his faith in Christ at a young age. After 12 years of homeschooling, David graduated high school in 2006. He then attended Mississippi State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. It was at Mississippi State that he met his precious wife Taylor. They were married just after graduation in 2011, and in 2013 God blessed them with Lily Grace, their daughter.
Soon after graduation, David accepted a job as an engineer at a plant in Pascagoula and he and Taylor moved down and joined Arlington Heights. David began volunteering and helping out with the youth group, and God used this time to call him into a ministry roll. He joined the staff at Arlington Heights and has served under Michael since 2012.
David has a passion for faithfully sharing the word of God. He feels called not only to student ministry, but the whole family ministry. With this mindset, David seeks to use his role to encourage spiritual shepherding of students by their parents. His goal is to be a servant to the parents of students at Arlington Heights.
